• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content beyond what is reasonable for normal browsing or what is permitted in our robots.txt.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or solicitations.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or block access to the site at our discretion if we believe these terms are being violated.

Pricing ranges, sample timelines, and any “starting at” figures published on this site are general guidance only. A binding price requires a written, signed estimate from us for your specific property and scope. Submitting our estimate form does not create a contract — it is a request for us to follow up with you about your project.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw estimates at our discretion (for example, if a project falls outside our service area or capacity).

By submitting the estimate or contact form, or by calling or texting us, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry and any resulting project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us to remove you from follow-up by email.

All content on the site — text, images, graphics, logos, photographs of completed work, video, and the underlying code — is owned by Royal Contracting LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and share short excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to www.royalcontractorsllc.com. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes (including training machine-learning models or building competing services) without our prior written permission.

Photos of homes we’ve worked on are used with the owner’s permission and are not a representation of any specific outcome you will receive.

The site may link to third-party sites (Oregon CCB, Google, Instagram, etc.). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROYAL CONTRACTING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Contracting LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

If any part of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the site, and they supersede any prior agreements regarding the same subject. Project work is governed by a separate written contract.
