Roofing services.
One trade. Done correctly.
Royal Contracting is a licensed Oregon roofing contractor (CCB #245411). We do three things: replace roofs, repair roofs, and install new construction roofing for builders. Asphalt, metal, composite, or low-slope membrane — we pick the system that fits your home, your climate, and your budget.
Roof Replacement
Full tear-off, deck inspection, modern underlayment, and new shingle, metal, or composite system. One crew, one warranty, one timeline.
Roof Repair
Leaks, flashing, vents, storm damage, and the small problems that turn into big ones. $500 minimum, real diagnosis, no guesswork.
New Construction Roofing
Bonded roofing scope for Oregon builders. On the schedule you set, on the spec you wrote, with a warranty your buyer can rely on.
Materials we install
Every system has a right house.
Architectural asphalt shingle
Most common in Central Oregon. 30–50 year manufacturer warranties. Handles sun, freeze-thaw, and wind ratings up to 130 mph with proper nailing.
Best for: Most residential homes; budget-conscious replacements.
Standing-seam metal
Concealed-fastener panels that shed snow, resist UV degradation, and last 40–70 years. Strong for Cascade-shadow homes and high-pitch designs.
Best for: Snow-load roofs, modern builds, long-term homeowners.
Corrugated / exposed-fastener metal
Less expensive than standing-seam, faster to install. Good for outbuildings, barns, and low-slope additions.
Best for: Outbuildings, ADUs, sheds, ranch additions.
Synthetic composite / designer shingle
Looks like cedar shake or slate without the weight or fire risk. Strong impact ratings. Higher upfront cost, longer life.
Best for: Resort-style homes, HOA-restricted neighborhoods, high-end remodels.
TPO / EPDM low-slope membrane
Single-ply membranes for low-slope sections and flat roofs. Heat-welded seams, white-cap UV resistance, 15–25 year typical service life.
Best for: Flat additions, modern boxes, commercial low-slope.
