Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This policy describes how Royal Contracting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.royalcontractorsllc.com or contact us about a roofing project.
1. Who we are
Royal Contracting LLC is a licensed Oregon roofing contractor (Oregon CCB #245411) based in Bend, OR. You can reach us at (541) 633-0999 or Royalcontracting00@gmail.com. For privacy questions, use the same email and include “Privacy” in the subject line.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our estimate or contact form, we collect the fields you fill in: name, phone, city or ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and any optional email, project street address, or message describing the project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit our site we automatically receive standard request data: IP address, user-agent string, referring page, the pages you view, and timestamps. This is used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and measure performance.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar identifiers for site analytics and advertising. See “Cookies, analytics, and advertising” below.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, payment card data, biometric data, geolocation more precise than ZIP code, or special-category data (health, religion, etc.).
3. How we use information
- Respond to your estimate request and discuss your project with you.
- Schedule on-site visits and provide written estimates.
- Perform the contracted work and provide warranty service afterward.
- Comply with Oregon CCB and tax recordkeeping obligations.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website (including measuring ad performance).
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam submissions, and abuse of the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your form submissions for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use the following third-party tags to measure site activity and ad effectiveness:
- Google Tag Manager — a tag-loading container that lets us deploy other measurement tags from a single place.
- Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing tags from Google. These help us measure which ads lead to inquiries and may set cookies in your browser. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Consent Mode. By default we set Google Consent Mode v2 to “denied” for advertising and analytics storage until you accept via the cookie banner. Once you accept, your choice is stored locally in your browser; if you reject, ads-related cookies are not stored and Google receives only cookieless pings (with ads_data_redaction enabled). You can change your choice anytime by clicking “Cookie preferences” below or in the site footer.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. We honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing where applicable. The site does not respond to legacy “Do Not Track” browser headers because there is no agreed-upon standard for them.
5. How we share information
We share information with a small number of service providers strictly to operate the business:
- Hosting and infrastructure — the cloud provider that runs this website and our server logs.
- Zapier, Inc. — when you submit the estimate form, the form contents (name, phone, city or ZIP, service, and any optional email, project address, or message) are forwarded through Zapier to our internal lead inbox so we can respond to you. See Zapier’s Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC — for Tag Manager, Ads conversion tracking, and analytics measurement as described above.
- Email and phone providers — to deliver our replies and place follow-up calls.
- Professional advisors — accountants, insurers, and legal counsel, where required.
- Government and law enforcement — when required by law (court order, subpoena, valid government request) or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — if we sell or restructure the business, information may transfer to the new entity, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosures to Google for advertising measurement may, under some U.S. state privacy laws, count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by rejecting non-essential cookies in our banner.
6. How long we keep information
Estimate inquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, then archived or deleted. Customer project files (contracts, invoices, photos, warranty records) are kept for the longer of (a) seven years after job completion or (b) the period required by Oregon CCB, tax, and insurance recordkeeping rules. Server logs are kept up to 12 months. Cookies expire according to the schedule set by the issuing service (Google’s ad cookies typically expire within 90 days to 2 years).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email Royalcontracting00@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe what you’re asking for. We will verify your identity (typically by matching contact info from prior correspondence) before acting on the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly “sell” personal information.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents: our lawful bases for processing are (a) your consent for advertising cookies and similar identifiers, (b) the necessity of processing to take steps at your request to enter into a contract (responding to your estimate), and (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) for the website and access controls on our lead inbox. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where that age applies). If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email Royalcontracting00@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. International users
We operate in the United States and store information on infrastructure located in the U.S. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
12. Contact us
