New Construction Roofing in Central Oregon.
For builders, we run roofing as a bonded scope on your schedule, not ours. We bid from your plans, deliver to your job-site spec, and hit the framing-to-dry-in window without burning your inspection slot.
Pricing
Bid per project. Pricing depends on roof area, pitch, material spec, and how many penetrations the plan calls for. We provide unit pricing for change orders so adjustments don't require a re-bid.
Lead time
Plan-set bids are usually turned around in 3-5 business days, then scheduled around framing and dry-in timing.
License & coverage
Oregon CCB #245411, bonded, general liability, and workers' comp. Written estimates and written warranty paperwork at closeout.
Local roof conditions
Central Oregon roofs deal with UV, wind, freeze-thaw, snow exposure, dry air, and flashing details that need to be planned into the scope.
Materials matched to the roof
Asphalt shingle, standing-seam metal, corrugated metal, synthetic composite, TPO, or EPDM are discussed based on slope, budget, lifespan, and building use.
Warranty clarity
You get the installation scope in writing, with workmanship coverage and any applicable manufacturer coverage explained before closeout.

FAQ
New Construction Roofing questions, answered.
- How far in advance should I bid the roofing scope?
- As soon as plans are stamped. We'll lock the bid in 3–5 business days and reserve a tentative schedule window. Final scheduling firms up once your framing inspection is on the calendar.
- Do you carry the bonding and insurance our project needs?
- Yes. Oregon CCB #245411, general liability, workers' comp, and bonding sized to the scope. We can issue COIs to your form, list the GC as additional insured, and provide endorsements on request.
- Will the manufacturer warranty transfer to the buyer?
- Yes, when the installed system includes transferable manufacturer coverage. We hand off the warranty paperwork at closeout so the GC can include it in the buyer's homeowner packet.
- Can you handle multi-unit or production builds?
- Yes. We run repeatable scopes across multi-lot subdivisions and small multifamily. We schedule by build phase so you get the same crew, the same install standard, and predictable per-unit pricing.
