Royal Contracting is based in Bend and serves every city in Central Oregon every week — Bend, Redmond, Sisters, La Pine, Prineville, and Madras. We also take projects elsewhere in Oregon on a case-by-case basis. Same crew, same warranty, no upcharge for the drive inside our regular service area.
Bend, OR
Bend is our home base. We work here every week — tear-offs in Old Bend and Awbrey Butte, repairs on the east-side ranchers, and new-construction roofing for builders out toward Tumalo and Deschutes River Woods.
Redmond, OR
Redmond gets the same crew that works Bend, just a 15-minute drive north. We do a lot of new-construction work here for builders developing the south and northeast sides, plus repairs and tear-offs on the older inventory near downtown.
Sisters, OR
Sisters is closer to the mountains — heavier snow, taller pines dropping needles and sap, and HOA rules in places like Black Butte Ranch that constrain material choices. We work with those constraints, not around them.
La Pine, OR
La Pine sees the longest winters in our service area — colder, snowier, and harder on roof systems than Bend or Redmond. We design for that: heavier ice-and-water protection, ventilation tuned for snow, and material that won't fail in year ten.
Prineville, OR
Prineville and the rest of Crook County are within easy reach of our Bend base. We do residential repairs and tear-offs here and the occasional ranch outbuilding or barn roof.
Madras, OR
Madras and the rest of Jefferson County are an hour from Bend on a clear morning. We work there regularly and don't add a fee for the drive.
